Exceeding expectations one patient at a time
Samantha is the founder of Child & Teen Therapy and Coaching and a mother of four. She works therapeutically with children and young people, specialising in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Her approach is compassionate, evidence-based and tailored to the individual needs of each child or teenager.
Drawing on professional training alongside personal experience, Samantha offers an integrative therapeutic approach, with CBT forming the core framework of her work. Where appropriate, she also incorporates elements of Life Coaching, NLP, Hypnotherapy and EFT to support emotional wellbeing and personal development.
Samantha works in both private practice and leading private schools, supporting children and teenagers who may be experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, stress, low confidence or emotional regulation challenges. Through CBT-informed therapy, she helps young people explore the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and develop practical coping strategies to manage life’s challenges more effectively.
Her work focuses on helping children and young people gain a clearer understanding of their experiences, reduce the impact of stress, and build resilience and self-awareness. Therapy is delivered in a safe, supportive and ethical environment, with each programme carefully adapted to meet the needs of the individual.
