WHAT I DO

Samantha Johnson

How our children interpret what they see, hear and feel impacts how they see the world (their belief system), how they interact with the world, how they make choices and also shapes them to become the very special and unique people we love.
Samantha works with children and teenagers to unravel and reframe any misinterpretations, blocks or unhelpful beliefs so they are free to live to their full potential of being happy and successful in life without destructive behaviour/thoughts or feelings holding them back. Reducing negative impact from stresses in life, by altering how they are experienced, reducing anxiety and stress and so allowing for clearer thinking. READ MORE
